He had drugged the young woman and had taken her into the basement, the room was empty save for a young man who was strapped against a table. Dumping the girl onto the ground, he smirked to himself knowing all too well that she would be helpless to do much. The collar around her neck would ensure that her powers stayed well controlled, otherwise..well he would have fun. He knew the other prisoners would be just waking up and so knew he would definitely enjoy the terror they would all begin to feel. Pressing a device on his remote that he held in his hand, he watched as the collar gave the girl an electric shock. "Time to wake up." His voice was much lower due to the voice modulater that he was using and the hood and mask he wore would ensure his identity would be kept a secret.
